For 4.33, I recommend Morphine's Profile.
Morphine's profile uses TARGET profile manager from Thrustmaster. However, this is a great profile with all the F-16 HOTAS controls, and all buttons used for something. In addition, the lights on throttle indicate milpower and afterburner status. The file includes pictures, readme guide, and everything you need.
