Tacview

Tacview is a data recording utility compatible with several flight simulators. The pace of aerial combat can easily exceed human data processing and reaction speeds; Tacview lets pilots, flight leads, and mission commanders perform Root Cause and Corrective Analysis. The free version is typically sufficient for most pilots.

DCS

Game servers have the ability to restrict Tacview recording. These include no recording, player only, and time delay. Restrictions are meant to prevent cheating and spoiling proprietary artisanal missions.

Note: Telemetry data appears to be only available for the local player's vehicle and are vehicle dependent. For example, fuel states are available for the F-16 but not the JF-17
